AACFlow is a cloud AI workspace for building and running AI agents. You pay for a plan and/or prepaid usage credits. No physical shipping is involved.
Online RUB payments are currently unavailable. Contact support about ordering and terms. No charge is made until a payment method is available and you confirm the order.
1. Payment methods and process
- Choose a plan or wallet top-up in your account. Review the order, duration, full amount and currency before confirming.
- Tochka and Robokassa charge in RUB. The Tochka integration is intended for SBP; Robokassa offers the methods enabled on its payment page, including Mir, Visa and Mastercard where supported by the issuing bank and provider. Only connected methods are available.
- Enter payment details on the payment provider’s secure page or in your bank’s app. AACFlow does not request or store full card numbers or CVC. Never share bank confirmation codes with support.
- Returning to AACFlow does not confirm payment. Credits or the paid period activate after the provider’s server confirmation. Contact support with the order number if delayed; do not pay again.
2. Wallet top-up prices in RUB
These amounts use the same quote calculation as account checkout. Usage is accounted for in USD; credits prepay AACFlow services and are not a bank account or money transfer facility. Checkout shows the final charge and applicable taxes before payment. Tax treatment must match the fiscal receipt.

Compare Pro and Max on Pricing. Converted USD plan amounts are reference estimates; a RUB plan is purchasable only after its provider price is configured. Enterprise is agreed separately. Tochka and Robokassa sell a prepaid period without automatic renewal; another payment is required to extend it.
3. Digital service delivery
After payment confirmation, the credit balance or paid period is applied to the account that placed the order, normally within minutes. Access requires internet and a compatible browser. If payment succeeded but access is missing, contact support with your account e-mail, date, amount and payment number. Never send CVC or bank codes.
4. Fiscal receipt
For payments subject to Russian 54-FZ fiscalization, an electronic fiscal receipt is sent to the e-mail or telephone supplied at checkout. Check those details before paying. A wallet history entry or invoice is not a fiscal receipt. Contact support with the order number if the receipt is missing.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Send cancellation and refund requests to info@aacflow.io, including account e-mail, payment date, amount, reference and reason. Refunds use the original payment method, subject to services actually delivered and mandatory consumer rights. Read Refunds and the Public offer.
